Abhishek Singh Co-Founder, Director and Board Member at Brickyard Incorporated. He has been responsible for leading the company right from inception through its growth and evolution. As a Board Member, Abhishek oversees the ‘Global Human Resources’ function at Brickyard. In this role, he drives the company’s human capital management strategy.
Sagapam Kavita Devi Co-Founder and President, Kavita Devi plays a very important role as COO in formulating the business strategies and managing the organization dynamics at Brickyard Incorporated. She directs Service Delivery, Capability Building and Quality Management Systems. With a wealth of experience in managing people, projects, large accounts and operations across technology, consulting, and outsourcing domain, she has been instrumental in building strategic partnerships and a strong and prestigious customer base for Brickyard. She played an active role in formulating the operational policy, “One Team, One Goal.
